I was annoyed because I had to wait for someone to come to the counter to scan my friend and me in. We were first-timers. For our first time, we got a free ⅛ of weed each. I was there to grab a Penjamin (2 g, indica).

I have been going to the Botanical for a couple of years now and have always loved the environment and staff. They always provide great suggestions. The staff never rushes you to get out of the store. They also really wants to help find a product that works for you. This is the only dispensary I shop at, and it will continue to be my go-to. Definitely give this dispensary a try, it is worth it for the high quality product and professional team.
First time visiting from FL and had the pleasure of working with Abby. This is not just a store it’s a manufacturing facility and they have live video of the grow house, so cool! Buds aren’t pre packed they weigh right in front of you like being served at a deli counter. Great experience, great service, and great product!

Best dispo in the Mitten! They always have the products I’m looking for, and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is top-tier great vibes, great people, and they’re always playing good a$$ music. Hands down one of the best dispensaries around. They've got the best quality flower in the Lansing area! No remediated products either, which is a huge deal to me, considering it's became the norm in most shops, which is sad to see. This is now my regular spot for flower! Excellent customer service, he eliminated the awkwardness and was professional!
2/4/25 You are doing yourself a disservice if you haven't been here yet. Their staff, led by the Manager Hallston, are rock stars! They've consistently got the best flower in the area, and my most recent visit totally blew me away. They have some of the best flower I've ever personally seen in my 11 years smoking and time around this plant. What's even more impressive is that they grew it in house, in this very building! Needless to say, I will continue to be a regular here for the foreseeable future.

I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and knowledge at this establishment, as well as the friendly and courteous staff. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me towards the products that would best suit my needs for pain management and treating my sleeplessness and PTSD. I felt confident in their recommendations and left feeling satisfied with my purchase.
Edit; I upped the stars and have an update to my review and it is well deserved. The management at this location actually cares about their customers and I can appreciate that. I’ve worked customer service jobs before and while mistakes happen it’s the recovery that’s important. Members of management reached out to me on multiple platforms and asked me to return, they took care of me well, apologized profusely and professionally and left me with a great experience. To top it off the bud I got from there (Franklin fields) was really nice. I actually will eat my own words because I’ll definitely be back!
Drove across town on Memorial Day after making an online order, only for them to be closed 20 minutes before 5 (holiday hours were 10am to 5pm) would have been my first time purchasing from them but I won’t be returning. At least take down the written sign for your holiday hours when you close early so I can be less peeved that I came this far for you to not be doing your job. A local dealer would never.
They have a friendly staff,always helpful. Thier selection is vast and prices aren't outrageous like some of their competitors. I'll be going back They are my new go to Marijuana products shop!

I haven't smoked in about 17 years, so it being legal weirded me out a bit. The dude there was not only helpful but super chill. He made it crazy easy, gave me some recommendations, and was looking out too (tolerance levels, deals they had going on). In and out in like 7 minutes.
I live just one mile from another dispo and choose to make the 35 minute drive to Boco because of how great they are. The bud tenders are so friendly and you can’t beat their prices!

This is by far one of the best places to go for all your smoking or edible needs. They are so friendly and helpful. They will answer any of your questions you have and they don't rush you at all. You can take your time and shop with the need of feeling rushed and pushed out the door. Lauren is one of the best Bud Tenders you will find there. All the Bud tenders are great. If you are from the area and weither you have been a long time smoker or just starting this is the place to go for all your needs and questions.
